Founded in 2023, Cinnamon Bear Jam Co is owned by the Larson family of Golden, CO. At the stove is Rachel Larson, who moonlights as a jamologist but loves her day job selling scientific equipment in biotech. Her husband, Bryon, is a solar scientist and specializes in pouring giant vats of molten jam. Their two sons, Otto and Emmett, head up the QC department to ensure that only the finest speciality jams and butters are produced for our beloved friends, family, and customers.
